When it comes to haircare, less is more.
I've spent years researching my hair and the various practices that influence it. On the way I’ve gone through devastating cycles of hair loss and product experiments that completely ruined my strands.
It took me a long, long time to figure this all out.
I used to try out $500 shampoo thinking that the more luxurious they were the better my hair would get… just to end up with more oiliness and damage. Not to mention feeling more frustrated and hopeless with my hair!
It wasn’t until I stopped trying to find the holy grail product… and really started learning about how to clean up my haircare routine and improve my diet... that I started seeing serious results.
Suddenly, I knew what products to apply and what products NOT to apply. I learned how to tweak my lifestyle to balance my hormones and boost my hair growth.
It all finally put a stop to my previously uncontrollable hair fall and breakage… My anxiety, low self-esteem and hopelessness turned into joy and confidence.

Here's How It Works
Each day over the next 14 days, I’ll send you a video where I challenge you to do ONE thing for your hair or your body.
Just one thing.
Each video will outline exactly what you need to do, how to do it, why it’s so important to do it, when to do it and where. I’ve even provided the supporting materials to help you do it successfully.
This is NOT going to be some random Youtube haircare playlist. This isn’t going to be a random collection of blog posts with haircare tips. Unlike most haircare advice on the internet, I’m not going to throw some questionable advice at you and hope that you somehow figure it out yourself.
Instead, I’ve carefully structured the challenge in an easy to understand and engaging format so you'll be motivated to complete your missions while having a bunch of fun participating in it. You’ll also follow a step-by-step process and implement key haircare principles that are backed by science so you can make a meaningful difference to your hair and your life.
We’re going to better your hair, better your health, and better yourself, in 3 distinct phases:
On 'UNLEARN’ days, you’ll be updating your lifestyle, health and haircare knowledge with science-backed facts. You’ll then be challenged to analyse your life and strip your current routines of all the harmful products and practices.
On 'REBUILD’ days, you'll develop new practices to replace damaging ones you've already removed. These practices are going to become part of the new haircare and lifestyle routines you're building throughout the challenge.
Once you've unlearnt and rebuilt, the only way option left is to FLOURISH. You’ll be challenged to establish healthy habits. These habits are going to set you up for a fundamental mindset and lifestyle shift that's going to ensure lasting hair & health benefits for many years to come.
