Back then all I knew about haircare was the common stuff you learn from internet blogs, Youtube videos or your hairdresser.

Switching from my natural simple routine to fancy products started off well... but weeks later my hair would either become dry, brittle or start to fall out... My scalp would get super oily, or super dry or itchy or all of the above.
